Council Donations to local Pro-Life Organizations

Our council’s Clay Shoot Fundraiser was organized to raise funds for Pro-Life organizations in the Bryan/College Station area. The event netted $8,000.00 allowing us to present checks for $2,000.00 to each of the following organizations at our September council meeting.

Down Syndrome Association of the Brazos Valley

Pro-Life Aggies

Aggie Pregnant and Parenting Student Association

Elizabeth House Maternity Home (not pictured)

The final day August 13 is the Feast Day of Blessed Fr. McGivney.

2021 Educational Scholarship

Our council will be offering three (3) scholarships of $1,000.00 each to the selected recipients. The scholarships will be presented at our annual family gathering and award celebration in June 2021.

GUIDELINES


• To be eligible for the 2021 Knights of Columbus Council #3205 Scholarship(s) the applicant must meet one of the following criteria:


o A 2021 high school senior actively involved in STAY (St. Thomas Aquinas Youth), who has been accepted to a 2 or 4 -year college or trade school, or


o A member of Knights of Columbus council #3205 or child, grandchild or great grandchild of a council #3205 member. The applicant must be a high school senior who has been accepted to a 2 or 4-year college/university or trade school or currently enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college/university or trade school or enrolled in an undergraduate program at a 4-year university.


• Previous scholarship winners are not eligible


• The applicant must submit the application package by April 30, 2021.
